Attorney Baccuhus H. Carver

A native North Carolinian, Baccuhus was born and raised in Hope Mills where he attended South View High School. A two-time graduate of Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina, Baccuhus received his undergraduate degree in Trust Management before going on to graduate from Campbell’s prestigious Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 1997.

Before opening his legal practice, Baccuhus spent over a decade working with the federal government performing federal utilities contracts. Baccuhus also spent a number of years working as a recovery specialist for on of the state’s foremost creditor’s rights practices, where he honed and mastered his negotiation skills in helping to resolve turbulent credit issues with both lawyers and non-lawyers alike. More recently, Baccuhus spent time in Long Island and New York, consulting in the clean up and reconstruction of the areas hardest hit by Hurricane Sandy.

As a native of the North Carolina, Baccuhus prides himself on his Southern roots and the sense of community and values fostered by Southern culture. An avid outdoorsmen, Baccuhus enjoys fly-fishing in his limited spare time. Mostly, his efforts have been focused on developing one of the best legal practices providing the best legal services in North Carolina.

Legal Assistant Amanda Kudlack

Born and raised in the beautiful coastal city of West Palm Beach, Florida, Amanda got her education at Wellington High School before delving into studies at Palm Beach State College. Deciding to trade one beautiful location for another, Amanda moved from West Palm Beach to the heart of North Carolina.

Amanda branched into the legal profession in 2012 while still in West Palm Beach at Searcy, Dean, Scarola, Barnhart& Shipley. While there she started as a front receptionist and file clerk before being quickly promoted to project assistant for the firms Mass Torts Unit. Wishing to continue in this field upon moving to North Carolina in 2015, she found a home at the Carver Law Firm, where she endeavors to provide the best customer service.

While an avid runner and documentary enthusiast, Amanda also enjoys hiking, cooking, and gardening in her spare time.
